Through the arrangement, F&M will co-market PayMaxxs two premier Internet payroll services, XpressPayroll and PowerPayroll, through its small business program. F&M clients will have access to PayMaxxs XpressPayroll, a streamlined and competitively priced payroll service designed for companies with 1-10 employees; PowerPayroll, PayMaxxs award-winning, comprehensive payroll service for businesses with 11-100 employees; and PayLoad Suite, a PC- based payroll service for companies with 100-10,000 employees. XpressPayroll Launched in July 2003, XpressPayroll is a streamlined and competitively priced Internet-based payroll service for micro-businesses. XpressPayroll can be used easily and quickly with little or no payroll experience. Users can process their payroll in seven mouse clicks or less and print their checks and reports onsite within two hours of processing payroll. XpressPayroll also includes electronic new hire reporting and a comprehensive tax filing and compliance feature that helps ensure that users avoid penalties and stay in compliance with the IRS as well as local and state tax authorities. PowerPayroll PowerPayroll, also an Internet-based payroll and tax filing service, was created specifically for companies with 11-100 employees. Using PowerPayroll, companies anywhere in the United States can submit their payroll via the Internet and receive payroll checks and reports the next day or, alternatively, print their payroll checks and reports in their offices. In addition to basic payroll processing, PowerPayroll customers can take advantage of nationwide tax filing, electronic new-hire reporting, direct deposit services and several other additional services such as GL and time and attendance link, benefit accruals and advanced reporting.
