FileNet and Endymion, have enter into an agreement to jointly market ManagedPay, an automated invoice processing solution developed by Endymion on the FileNet P8 architecture.

ManagedPay is an out-of-the-box business process automation solution that streamlines invoice processing by electronically managing interactions across supply chain partners, back-office applications, and the people who control the processes. It provides a structure for transforming manual, paper intensive processes into cohesive and automated functions that complement existing enterprise applications. According to research conducted by the Institute of Management and Administration, Inc. (IOMA), automated invoice processing provides cost savings that average 40 to 50 percent in the areas of headcount, document routing and approvals, document storage, and document search and retrieval. ManagedPay is a comprehensive invoice processing automation solution that helps organizations manage invoices in a more timely fashion with less effort than conventional paper processing and, perhaps more importantly, provides finance professionals with immediate access to real-time information. This gives organizations the control to operate more efficiently and improve overall decision making. ManagedPay is fully integrated with FileNets ECM product family. FileNet is the industry leader in Enterprise Content Management and has proven the benefits of automating accounts payable with more than 300 accounts payable solution implementations in some of the largest organizations in the world.
