Euronet Worldwide Annual Shareholders Meeting Will be Broadcast Over the Internet

Euronet Worldwide will hold its Annual Shareholders Meeting on Monday, May 24, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. CST at the Doubletree Hotel in Overland Park, Kansas. Access to the meeting will be available via the Internet and phone.Internet users can access the conference call at http://www.vcall.com/CEPage.asp?ID=88250 or from mchaffee@euronetworldwide.com. Participants should go to the web site at least fifteen minutes before this event to download and install any necessary audio software. For those without Internet access, the conference call-in number is +1-877-407-9210 (USA) or +1-201-689-8049 (non-USA). The password is "Euronet." For those unable to attend the live broadcast, a replay will be available beginning approximately one hour after the event via the web location. The web broadcast will be available for three months. No fees are charged to access the event.
