Equitex Subsidiary Chex Services Files Legal Action Against NACSF and Cash Systems

Equitex wholly owned subsidiary Chex Services, has asserted claims in a lawsuit against NACSF (Native American Cash Systems of Florida) and Cash Systems, of Burnsville, Minnesota, concerning the Cash Access Service contracts at the Seminole Tribe of Floridas five locations. Equitex, Inc. is a holding company operating through its wholly owned subsidiary Chex Services of Minnetonka, Minnesota, as well as its majority owned subsidiary Denaris Corporation. Chex Services provides comprehensive cash access services to casinos and other gaming facilities. Denaris was formed to provide stored value card services.
