Eiger Systems announces ‘BACSTEL-IP 2004’ - flagship event for BACSTE

Tuesday 23 March 2004 09:30 CET | News

Eiger Systems is to host an industry leading event for organisations migrating to BACSTEL-IP. Supported by the major banks and BACS Limited, BACSTEL-IP 2004 will take place at the Heritage Motor Centre in Gaydon, Warwickshire on Wednesday 19th May 2004. Key speakers include David Sear, Chief Marketing Officer of BACS Limited.

For small organisations this can be a relatively simple process but for enterprises with multiple submission applications, migrating to BACSTEL-IP is a complex (and time-consuming) process that requires thorough preparation. It’s also a process that has the potential to deliver significant improvements to the cost effectiveness, efficiency and security of payment processes. BACSTEL-IP 2004 will examine the most important aspects of implementing BACSTEL-IP and provide organisations with the opportunity to exchange useful information with other users and sponsor banks. In addition to the presentations there will be detailed workshops exploring the more complex aspects of implementing BACSTEL-IP, such as automation, report management, validation, and communications. BACSTEL-IP 2004 is especially suited to Finance Directors, IT Managers, Payment Processing Managers, BACSTEL-IP Project Managers and anyone responsible for the technical or financial aspects of BACS payment systems or BACSTEL-IP migration. Attendance is free.
