eFunds Release New Enhancements to FraudFinder

FraudFinder provides customers access to an extensive fraud alert database, industry-leading modeling expertise, flexible report delivery options and superior identity manipulation search functionality. Current FraudFinder customers will automatically experience the new features on their November 17, 2003 alerts. FraudFinder has enhanced the customizable features to allow for more flexibility in delivery and investigation of alerts to best suit the needs of the customer. Customers can choose their alert selection criteria to streamline the investigation process and reduce back office investigation time and expenses. In addition, this functionality allows customers to select key fraud elements, which can now be delivered real-time. FraudFinder offers flexible delivery options to customers, allowing them to select the way in which they receive their alerts including browser, batch and fax delivery. The Hot List management feature allows users to report consumer data that has been recently confirmed as fraudulent and to distribute the data accordingly.
