The EBizCharge payment application allows merchants to process credit cards, debit cards, and ACH checks directly in Intacct. EBizCharge automates the payment acceptance process. Via EBizCharge, users can access their transaction history, generate custom reports, view their daily batch, and issue credits and voids. Merchants also receive 24/7 in-house customer support. EBizCharge is PCI-compliant and uses data encryption and tokenisation technology to protect sensitive credit card data.
EBizCharge for Sage Intacct supplies customers with payment collection tools, such as an online bill pay portal where customers can log in to pay invoices. The portal also automatically sends payment reminders to customers via email. Once invoices are paid, the portal automatically syncs paid invoices with Intacct and posts payments to accounts receivable and the general ledger. Additionally, EBizCharge also supports email pay, allowing users to send secure payment links via email.
