As a result, the PayCentre platform is set to enable Eazy Collect to manage direct debit collections from its health and leisure, charity, utility and insurance company consumers. In addition, the PayCentre channels are expected to control the administrative processes associated with direct debits, as well as providing letters for advance notices, unpaid items and automated payment schedules.
Moreover, the PayCentre platform is set to deliver reports that present past and present consumer data, as well as the performance of the company’s business units, which targets to provide Eazy Collect with a view of its cash flow position.
PayCentre is a modular payments platform based on Microsoft.NET technology, including a Faster Payment capability and a module aimed for bureaux. The platform is set to enable organisations to automate and streamline the lifecycle of credit and debit card, direct debit as well as direct credit payments processes. In addition, due to SEPA and SWIFT functionality, the system is set to process multiple payment types, including European and international transactions through a single user interface. Eazy Collect currently uses modules for collecting by direct Debit and paying by direct credit.
