Recently, the bank announced its partnership with local banking solutions provider, Paynet Kenya, who will be managing its ATMs. Paynet provides both economies of scale and increased service quality as a result of their experience. This is the first phase in Diamond Trust Banks project of building a new retail delivery channel. Ms Devji believes that it will result in a new philosophy in banking for the company.
