Datawatch Europe expand sales into Banking sector in the Middle East

Datawatch has announces a deal with Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai to supply its Monarch Pro report mining and data transformation software. Datawatch Europe has recently launched a permanent presence in the Middle East, opening an office in Dubai.

The company has already provided the latest version of its bench mark Monarch Pro software to new customers in the region, either directly or via Distribution. Standard Chartered Bank first came to the region in 1958, with its first branch in Sharjah. It is an international bank, focused on the established and emerging markets of Asia, Africa and the Middle East with an extensive global network of more than 600 offices in over 50 countries. Dubai has developed to become the administrative banking hub of the Middle East and South Asia Region. After some 140 years of international banking, what has evolved into Standard Charter Bank enjoys the position of having the most extensive branch network among foreign international banks in the Emirates, with 7 branches.
