Czech Telecom Select Entrust, Passlogix and HP

Czech Telecom, has been securing its communications and data with Entrust solutions since 1998. Purchasing its solution through Entrust reseller partner Hewlett-Packard, the firm was able to quickly add Enterprise SSO to its environment. Entrust recently increased its commitment to addressing identity and access management needs for global enterprises and governments by reselling market-leading Passlogix v-GO SSO. With the addition of Passlogix, the Entrust Secure Identity Management Solution addresses the need for a simplified user log-in experience on the desktop that ultimately reduces help desk costs and enhances the security of password management. The move enables Entrust to now provide customers with a complete best-of-breed secure identity management solution that extends across client-server, Web, and Web services environments. As a part of the Entrust Secure Identity Management Solution, the Passlogix technology provides users with a single secure authentication point for virtually all Windows, Web, proprietary and host-based applications without requiring any complex application integration. It supports a broad range of authentication methods, including Entrust digital IDs, Entrust USB tokens, and smart cards, and is seamlessly integrated with the other components of the Entrust Secure Identity Management Solution. As with all components of the modular solution, it is available as a standalone purchase from Entrust.
