Credit Union National Item Capture and Fidelity Integrated Financial Solutions Announce Payment Serv

Fidelity Integrated Financial Solutions (IFS), has entered into a long-term relationship with Credit Union National Item Capture (CUNIC) to deliver comprehensive check processing services to its corporate credit union members on an outsourced basis.

This relationship, which was cultivated and closed by Aurum Technology Inc. immediately prior to its acquisition by Fidelity National Financial last month, represents the companys largest contract to date in the credit union market. Formed in 2003 as a non-profit credit union service organization, CUNIC provides check processing services for its owners, Arizona-based First Corporate Credit Union and Oregon-based Northwest Corporate Credit Union. Initially, the relationship will benefit the more than 345 member credit unions served by First Corporate Credit Union and Northwest Corporate Credit Union. With combined prime pass volumes reaching approximately 140 million items annually, $1.1 billion First Corporate Credit Union will migrate from its current processing vendor to the Fidelity IFS-provided solution in April of 2004 followed by $1.2 billion Northwest Corporate Credit Unions conversion from its current in-house platform in the third quarter of 2004. ICI Consulting assisted CUNIC in its evaluation of various technology solutions to support the organizations strategic objectives.
