RIPS is a capture system designed for small to medium volumes. Aimed at branch and other remote capture requirements, RIPS provides a fully functional item processing system including image capture/image POD, reject repair and x9.37i capability. RIPS also integrates with IBMs imageGateway to provide remote image capability to IBMs imageCPCS system. RIPS provides a cost-efficient means of distributing image capture beyond the typical boundary of todays highspeed capture environment. IRD Print provides the ability to print Image Replacement Documents as required by the recent Check 21 legislation. IRD Print converts an x9.37i file into printed image replacement documents using a wide variety of MICR capable printers. In addition, this product matches the electronic MICR data and the OCR MICR line on the images to ensure that the printed IRDs are exact duplicates of the original checks.
