The banks outsourcing conversion is scheduled for March 2004, when it will migrate from its current in-house ITI technology environment to an Aurum-provided outsourced solution. In addition, Aurum will provide opportunities for Commerce Bank & Trust Company to leverage solutions-based processing to maximize the institutions use of the ITI Premier system. The bank will also implement Aurums integrated solutions for ATM processing, network management and personal and business Internet Banking.
