Certegy Selects SLIM CD as its Merchant Software Solution

Certegy has launched a new program with one of their large partners to provide Stored Value cards to millions of potential cardholders. The initial card registration process requires the collection of a fee, which will be processed using the SLIM CD Software. Slim CD, Inc has pioneered one of the most secure and cost effective methods for processing credit card transactions to date. The SLIM CD software contains features that allow a personal computer to replace a traditional POS terminal. This software also includes Virtual Terminals, gateway services, and a choice of shopping carts. The SLIM CD includes a desktop application, data on demand, built-in gateway services, fraud detection services, a choice of shopping carts and backup dial-in connection capability. The SLIM CD runs on any IBM-Compatible Personal Computer with Internet connectivity or that has a modem. Low-cost card swipe, PIN pad, and signature capture devices are supported. An Enterprise Edition is available for networked environments or to perform recurring billing functionality.
