Prior to joining CardSystems, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of InterCept Payment Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of InterCept Inc. Perry has also held leadership positions with Spectrum EBP, Nova Information Systems, First Data, and VISA. He earned a BS in engineering from the US Military Academy and an executive masters in management from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. Additionally, CardSystems announced the hiring of Michael Brady as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Brady most recently served as the CFO with First National Bank of Omahas merchant service division and has held a variety of positions with other financial payments providers including Citibank, Harbridge Merchant Services and Deluxe Corporation.
