Brazilian service provider Print Laser has migrated to DOC1 Series 5, Group 1s flagship customer communications management solution. DOC1 Series 5 manages every aspect of a companys critical business documents, from data acquisition and content creation through multi-channel delivery, archiving and web-based customer care. Print Laser is a leading Brazilian service provider, generating in excess of 55 million documents per month for leading businesses such as American Express, Citibank and Banco Itaú. DOC1 Series 5 is composed of modules that can be deployed individually or as part of an integrated customer communications management (CCM) solution. Print Laser will be using DOC1 to design and generate its clients customer communications. The company has utilized previous versions of DOC1 for five years. By migrating to the next generation DOC1 Series 5 product, Print Laser will be able to implement more quickly an even broader array of applications supporting its customers document generation needs.
