Bach-Hauser to Change Its Name to Financial Access Solutions Technology, Inc.

Bach-Hauser, on Friday January 7, 2005, filed a Preliminary Information Statement Schedule 14C with the Securities and Exchange Commission to amend the Articles of Incorporation to change the name of the Company to Financial Access Solutions Technology, Inc.

In November 2004, the Company acquired DM2 Technology, Inc. (DM2). DM2 Technology specializes in the sale of POS (point of sale) equipment and software to support bankcard and credit card payments and the processing of these transactions. The Company anticipates the official name change no later than February 7, 2005.
