Artificial Life, has been asked to develop a pilot application under sub-contract from MBE (Mercier Business Engineering), BVBA in Brussels, Belgium, for a major Dutch bank. The application is using Artificial Lifes Smart Engine and Smart Bot technology and interactive video bot technology for an Internet banking application to provide online customer support for small and medium size companies and clients of the bank.
