Andreas Luebeck appointed to Business Development Manager for ACG Secure ID

Andreas Luebeck has joined ACG Identification Technologies business unit Secure ID as business development manager.

Andreas Luebeck will be responsible for developing the business of ACG in the widely growing markets of advanced identification solutions, e.g. for banking applications and financial transactions, and will provide his profound knowledge of microcontrollers for e-passport projects. ACG Secure ID acts as a competence center supporting the industry in deploying security programs in the field of personal identity authentication. Offering components, products and consultancy services, Secure ID focuses on the areas of government driven citizen ID programs (e-passports and e-visas, electronic driver¹s licenses, national ID cards) and on projects involving trusted credentials to secure financial transactions. Andreas Luebecks new position became effective on February 1, 2005. He was previously employed as ACGs Product Manager for Microcontrollers and Software. Sven Baeger will assume Andreas Luebecks former responsibilities.
