Akbank and VeriPark Cooperated for Cash Management Products Project

The project, first implementation of BizTalk Server 2004 version in Turkey, enables Akbank to support various file formats sent by its Corporate and Commercial customers. BizTalk 2004 Server provides Akbank a flexible infrastructure for easy integration of a new customer’s file design to the system. The system enables high speed and efficiency for file transfer operations and highly increases customer satisfaction. The application developed jointly by VeriPark and Akbank project team, collects all differently formatted and categorized collection and payment based information files (such as direct debit, payroll, payments, etc) that are received from different channels like e-mail, internet and FTP at BizTalk 2004 infrastructure. The files are converted to Akbank’s standard format and directed to Akbank’s corporate work flow. The project is developed by File Transfer Automation solution. VeriPark and Akbank project team developed the project with File Transfer Automation solution. File Transfer Automation solution is formed according to the work flows based on Akbank’s needs and work flow definitions. The solution facilitates easy development of mapper and integration code in between Akbank and its Corporate and Commercial customers for Akbank’s Cash Management products. File Transfer Automation is based on latest Microsoft technology such as Microsoft BizTalk 2004. It provides a scalable code development platform and supports XML, Word, Excel and Text files. The flexible structure of the solution enables easy definition for a required workflow each time a file needs to go through and collect the necessary approvals.
