Singapore-based ecommerce online payment gateway XanPay has partnered with the online entertainment interactive brand SWAG to launch new alternative payment methods (APMs).
Taiwan-based SWAG is one of Asia’s largest online entertainment interactive brands and launched in 2017 and is looking for solutions to support online entertainment content creation industry. And, with research showing that APMs are three times more popular than credit cards in the APAC region, SWAG integrated and went live with new payment methods after partnering with XanPay.
XanPay and SWAG benefitted from payment adoption in eight countries across Asia, including Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Within a month of the integration, around 50% of the transactions made on the SWAG platform were from XanPay, while the platform grew its revenue and transaction volume by 5% and experienced less payment issues.
