Wells Fargo rolls out Patient Payment Solution to healthcare providers

US financial services provider Wells Fargo has introduced an online payments tool for healthcare providers, dubbed the Patient Payment Solution (PPS).

Via the Wells Fargo PPS, healthcare providers are able to collect payments in person, online, by phone or mail. PPS includes various payment instruments such as credit cards, debit cards, cheques and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments.

In order to provide PPS, Wells Fargo has joined the Healthcare Payments Network InstaMed. The InstaMed network connects providers, payers and patients with healthcare clearinghouse, eligibility, estimation and payment transactions via one integrated platform.

In recent news , Wells Fargo has released its My Money Map offering, an online tool that is set to enable customers to manage their finances. The service combines some of Wells Fargo’s personal financial management tools, including My Spending Report and Budget Watch tool, as well as My Savings Plan service.
