E-commerce platform PrestaShop and Sweden-based online retail payments company Klarna have entered an agreement.

With Klarnas services, PrestaShop merchants will be able to offer its European consumers after delivery payments, so they can order, see and feel a product before any payment is due. To make this possible, Klarna currently offers two payment options Klarna Invoice and Klarna Account.

Klarna Invoice allows customers to shop by providing few information and avoiding long registration processes. The customer also receives the goods first and pays later. The Klarna Account option is aimed at those who want to spread out payments by placing all of their online purchases onto one bill. The invoice for those purchases will be distributed in the middle of the upcoming month, allowing users to submit payment for their purchase after delivery. Klarna Account also allows the option to pay for purchases in monthly installments.

Klarna allows sellers and buyers around the world to transact with each other. The company has an established presence in six European countries, and with plans to expand both within and outside Europe in the future.
