PlaySpan, a provider of monetization solutions for online games, virtual worlds and social networks, has entered an agreement with Nonoba, a Denmark-based flash game developer.

Under the terms of the deal, PlaySpan licensed Nonoba’s GameRise Platform will provide PlaySpan marketplace customers with access to Nonoba’s over 4,000 Flash games created by more than 100 indie developers. Nonoba’s Payment API will in turn be integrated with PlaySpan’s UltimatePay and UltimatePoints microtransaction solutions to enable Flash game developers to monetize their games as they spread across the internet and the 300 GameRise sites existing today.

The Nonoba Payment API with UltimatePoints is an open payment solution for Flash games which allows developers to start charging real money for their quality content. With the Nonoba Payment API, developers determine the item they want to sell, put a price on it, and every time someone buys it the developer gets 70 percent of the revenue.

Most recently, Adobe Systems has selected PlaySpan, a provider of monetization solutions for online games, virtual worlds, and social networks, to power the payments platform for Adobe’s developer service dubbed Shibuya.
