MS Govern, a US provider of software services to municipal, school and utility sectors, has rolled out an online payment system which is fully integrated with MS Govern’s software, PR.com reports.

The Harris Payment Gateway provides online payment systems and POS software for government entities, such as credit card, direct pay and e-check transactions. Via the Harris Payment Gateway, such entities can broaden their citizens online payment options by enabling them to pay by ACH, e-check, credit card or direct pay.

MS Govern also provides online forms for entering service requests, training information, release schedules and software patches, and technical resources. The company was formerly known as Government e-Management Solutions, Inc. and changed its name to MS Govern in June 2008 as a result of the merger between PG Govern, Government e-Management Solutions and SDI (Systems Design Incorporated).
