Under the terms of the agreement, Primerica will leverage Kubra EZ-PAY to enable past due and emergency payments from policy holders in Canada and the US. The Kubra EZ-PAY solution with be used to process on-demand one-time payments via automated phone, call center Assisted and web channels across multiple payment types.
Kubra’s portfolio includes document print and mailing, e-billing and self-service, as well as document management and payment services. The company counts over 500 clients and 1 billion customer interactions annually.
