Thursday 26 April 2012 15:39 CET | News

European payment services provider DataCash and MasterCard have introduced e-commerce payment processing services across Japan.

The newly launched service will allow merchants wanting to expand across Japan, to accept payments in Japan’s national currency from Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), MasterCard, Visa and Diners.

The introduction of processing services in Japan has extended DataCashs international capabilities to enable its merchants to accept domestic and international payments across 180 countries in over 170 currencies.

DataCash (part of the Mastercard group) provides merchants with a one stop shop service, offering a global gateway to address all their multi-channel payment processing and fraud prevention needs. In recent news, DataCash has rolled out its White Label Payment Gateway service which will enable global banks and processors to provide the DataCash payment, fraud and risk management technology to their global merchant customer base.
