Under the terms of the deal, Invapay will use Kalixa Accept’s acquiring and payment gateway services to process payments for more than 55,000 Invapay suppliers, including public and private sector companies. Kalixa Accept is already live and integrated into the Invapay platform. Kalixa will offer both Visa and MasterCard card payments to the Invapay customer base with further payment methods to follow.
Invapay’s cloud-based trading and payment platform allows its corporate customers to manage purchases and payments. It enables buyers to search, request quotations, order and pay for goods and services online. Invapay optimises the customers back office processes and efficiency, maximises control and ensures that payments to suppliers are acted upon order fulfilment.
In 2012, Kalixa Group has processed transactions worth EUR 2.6 billion for more than 300 merchants and supports 200 payment methods. Kalixa prepaid card has more than 150,000 users across Europe.
