The redesigned websites, which feature a digital collection of e-books were done by Digital River and Supadü. World Archipelago, a UK-based technology agency, provided the front end web development for the HarperCollins websites powered by the Supadü CMS platform. The websites are integrated into Digital River’s commerce-as-a-service platform, which is facilitating the e-book transaction, including handling global payments, tax and compliance management, fraud prevention, security and order management.
Digital River provides e-commerce services, builds and manages online businesses for software and game publishers, consumer electronics manufacturers, distributors, online retailers and affiliates. The company’s platform offers site development and hosting, order management, fraud management, export controls, tax management, physical and digital product fulfillment, multi-lingual customer service, reporting and strategic marketing services.
