VTB24 selects FIS for core banking services

Banking and payments technology provider FIS has signed an agreement with Russian financial services provider VTB24 to provide the latter with its FIS Profile core banking service.

Under the terms of the contract, FIS Profile is set to be launched in phases, first for the bank’s loan business, along with the Profile Direct web-based front end for back office servicing. The initial phase will be followed by current account, deposit and credit line products, debit as well as credit cards.

FIS Profile is an integrated service that includes customer, banking product, account and transactional requirements. Loan and deposit products are supported by a series of features that are shared across all banking lines of business.

VTB24 is a subsidiary of the VTB bank group whose services include the issuance of bank cards, mortgage and consumer lending, auto lending, remote account management systems, grace period credit cards, time deposits, lease of safe deposit boxes and money transfers.
