The implementation has enabled the bank to bring in-house online banking operations, simplifying and enhancing the flexibility of accounting management for their corporate customers and giving them immediate access to their transaction records. The South Financial Groups customers will see improvements in the timeliness of the balance information reported, more payment and transfer functionality and custom balance and transaction history reporting. The system will add event driven alerts, integrated check image viewing and a personalized home page driven by user preferences. Also, with market segmentation and service packages, small businesses and corporate customers will have a user experience tailored to their business needs.
