New and improved functionality includes enhancements to the administrative controls, a QuickBooks interface and check image access through the research and reporting functions. Additionally, enrollment with Open Solutions core data processing applications has been enhanced, allowing customer and member service representatives to automatically include Internet Banking access at account opening. By automating many processes, representatives can now more easily manage customer or member information, such as email addresses, adding or removing accounts and updating address information. The enhancements for business users include new ACH origination types, as outlined by current ACH standards, which allow customers to originate accounts receivable and cross-border debits and credits via the Web. Additional risk management functionality includes monthly ACH limits set by the financial institution. The e-Solutions Groups clients can take advantage of the complete e-Commerce Banker product line which enables account holders to use any popular Web browser to access up-to-the-minute transaction history and balances, initiate bill payments, issue stop payments and transfer funds. Business banking clients can use the cash management features of the e-Commerce Banker solution to originate ACH transactions, initiate wire transfers or manage positive pay files from any computer with Internet access.
