The agreement will run from July 2004 to June 2009, and represents business volume of around NOK 60 million over this period. EDB Bank & Finance provides a complete portfolio of banking applications and operating services for Romsdals Fellesbank, together with the infrastructure needed for the banks core activities and distribution channels. EDB IT Operations provides operating services for the applications, administration of the systems platform and printing/dialogue services. EDB Bank & Finance will book NOK 21 million of the total business volume, while NOK 39 million will be booked in EDB IT Operations.
