Metro Bank partners Computer Services

Wednesday 1 August 2012 00:16 CET | News

UK-based financial institution Metro Bank has entered a partnership with Computer Services (CSI), a bank technology provider, to upgrade its core banking processing capabilities.

As part of the agreement, Metro Bank has selected CSI as a technology partner to support the bank’s long-term goals for future development. Metro Bank will employ CSI’s NuPoint solution, a core banking platform that supports integrated solutions. By leveraging CSI’s infrastructure, resources and expertise, the bank will eliminate hardware and software investments required for in-house systems. NuPoint also allows banks to establish customized views of information for each user at their individual workstations.

Metro Bank expects to complete its core processing conversion in the fall of 2012 with the continued help of the CSI team. CSI delivers core processing, managed services, mobile and internet services, payments processing, print and electronic distribution as well as regulatory and compliance services to financial institutions and corporate customers across the nation.
