Indian-based IT services provider Infosys has launched Finacle Advizor, an integrated platform which allows banks to deliver products and services via an assisted self-service channel using existing internet banking capabilities.

The solution provides banking customers with access to self-service channels such as the internet, kiosks and ATMs, for real-time access to their bank. Consumers can thus make account inquiries, fund transfers, credit card and mutual fund payments and remittances.

In addition, Finacle Advizor enables bank customers using the self-service channel to interact with a bank representative and receive remote transaction assistance.

Using IP convergence and Web 2.0 principles, Finacle Advizor integrates the self-service channel with human intervention via video, audio and data communication and co-browsing, virtually recreating the service experience of a branch. Finacle Advizor is available on the Microsoft platform.

Finacle solutions address the core banking, e-banking, Islamic banking, treasury, wealth management and CRM requirements of retail, corporate and universal banks worldwide.
