Infosys introduces new version of Finacle e-banking service

Indian-based IT services provider Infosys has introduced a new version of its Finacle e-banking service which provides personalization capabilities, security features and customer insights.

Finacle e-Banking Version 11 features capabilities such as Personal Financial Management, which enables customers to plan, manage and track their finances in through visual dashboards and tools. The solution provides customer flexibility through personalization capabilities and socially interactive services such as audio or video chat and social network integration.

Additionally, the service supports multi-lingual, multi-currency and multi-entity mapping allowing banks to roll-out global product and marketing initiatives.

In recent news, Infosys has launched a new social commerce platform as part of Infosys iEngage which features social shopping capabilities such as co-shopping, group-gifting, product combination and social rewards.

Finacle solutions address the core banking, e-banking, mobile banking, Islamic banking, treasury, wealth management and CRM requirements of retail, corporate and universal banks worldwide.
