Emirates NBD adds online customer care platform to internet banking portal

Middle East-based financial services provider Emirates NBD has released a new online customer care platform that is set to enable the bank’s customers to provide feedback via the online channel.

The webpage has been divided into three sections - feedback, enquiries and complaints. The complaints received via this medium will be logged into the bank’s customer management system and processed by the corresponding departments.

The customer care web page is the latest addition to Emirates NBD’s internet banking platform, dubbed BankNet.

Additionally, the bank offers such services as telephone banking, PDA (personal digital assistant) and mobile banking.
