Under the terms of the agreement, Digital Insight will continue to serve as the exclusive provider of Internet banking and online cash management services for DCI clients over a five-year term through 2009. The renewal extends a successful partnership initiated during 1999 between DCI and nFront, an Internet banking provider that subsequently merged with Digital Insight in 2000.
