Using the service, MobiFone clients can pay phone bills via the ATM network of the Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank). Billing Mobile is a software solution developed by FSS, a unit of the Corporation for Financing and Promoting Technology (FPT), and test used by MobiFone, the countrys second largest mobile network behind Vinaphone, in Ho Chi Minh City. FSS has also introduce SmartBank, designed to manage the operations of banks and oversee banking transactions, such as ATM, Internet Banking, Phone Banking and Mobile Banking.
