VeriFone appoints Marc Rothman as Chief Financial Officer; Jay Parsons as SVP digital media and taxi operations

US-based electronic payment services provider VeriFone Systems has appointed Marc Rothman as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Jay Parsons as Senior Vice President, digital media and taxi operations.

Additionally, Chief Financial Officer Robert Dykes and Vice Chairman Elmore Waller will retire effective 28 February 2013.

In recent news, US-based business services company Quatrro has launched integrated processing services that support card and mobile payments by leveraging VeriFone Systems PAYware CMS card management platform.
