U.S. Cellular customer service representatives (CSRs) are able to access the Portal billing platform via familiar front-end interfaces and existing processes. The result is continued excellence in customer service for a wide range of value-added services with minimized incremental costs. Exciting New Services U.S. Cellular will leverage Portals flexible and sophisticated rating capabilities to build differentiated pricing models for its diverse portfolio of multi-media content, downloadable applications, and high speed 1xRTT data services. U.S. Cellulars advanced digital network will eventually allow for enhanced voice capacity, expanded call coverage, and new data products and services such as productivity tools and picture messaging.
