The application allows El Paso Electric’s customers to pay bills using iPhones, iPads and Android smartphones and tablets. The program includes support for payments via credit, debit and ACH.
TIO currently powers self-serve bill pay kiosks and walk-up payment locations in west Texas and southern New Mexico for El Paso Electric customers. These locations allow customers to pay bills via cash with the option of same day processing.
In recent news, TIO Networks has entered a five-year agreement with City Utilities, a provider of electric, natural gas, water and transit services to the community of Springfield, to launch a suite of bill payment services across mobile, self-serve kiosk and retail channels.
