Amdocs will consolidate Telia Mobile Denmark’s legacy systems and migrate the former Orange subscriber information to an Amdocs platform that is currently being implemented at Telia Mobile Denmark. The new upgraded system will enable Telia Mobile Denmark to run a single, postpaid system for all billing, customer care, collections, dealer management, and other functions. It will also enable Telia Mobile Denmark to easily introduce new services to the marketplace. The new consolidated Amdocs system also provides Telia Mobile Denmark with the scalability required to customize and further develop as needed, without major upgrades. In addition, Telia Mobile Denmark will be able to rapidly introduce new services demanded by customers – decreasing product launch time from hours to minutes, increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction, while mining an additional source of revenue for the carrier. With a single view of each user on the consolidated system, Amdocs will help Telia Mobile Denmark build stronger, more profitable relationships with their customers. Amdocs will also provide Telia Mobile Denmark with a comprehensive set of implementation and integration services, such as testing, training, post production support and business processes integration services.
