As part of the agreement, Telenor will supply a complete solution that will include both fixed telephony and mobile telephony. The agreement also includes supply of netcentric customer care solutions for optimisation of incoming calls, and efficiency improvements of the financial alliances resources. The agreement also involves supply of the call conference solution MeetAt and services from Opplysningen 1881.
