SpareBank 1 In Agreement with Telenor

The Norwegian bank SpareBank 1 and Telenor have entered into an agreement for full supplies of telephony services, worth between NOK 130-150 million over three years.

Additional to services and products from Telenor, the agreement also involves a collaboration relating to efficiency improvements of telecommunications services, which will result in considerable cost-savings for SpareBank 1. As part of the agreement, Telenor will supply a complete solution that will include both fixed telephony and mobile telephony. The agreement also includes supply of netcentric customer care solutions for optimisation of incoming calls, and efficiency improvements of the financial alliances resources. The agreement also involves supply of the call conference solution MeetAt and services from Opplysningen 1881.
