RBI removes limit on mobile banking transactions in India

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has removed the transaction limit of Rs 50,000 per customer per day on mobile banking transactions, online media outlet thehindubusinessline.com reports.

As a result, banks can place transaction limits on mobile money transfers based on their own risk perception and with approval of their respective boards, the same source reveals.
