Qpass Signs Mobile Commerce License Agreement With ALLTEL

ALLTEL has licensed Qpass Prosperity Series software, to manage the delivery payment, and support of premium services such as ringtones, graphics, email and messaging. Qpass software overlays onto an operators existing business systems to help them manage their mobile commerce and transactions settlement, content partner relationships, service bundle creation and customer care activities in their mobile networks.
