Qpass Hits Industry Milestones

Qpass has achieved a major industry and company milestone. During the last month, Qpass customers collectively achieved more than $20 million of premium services revenue through Qpass Prosperity Series software.

The aggregate monthly premium service revenue (not including transport) exceeded $20M last month, an increase of 686 percent in the last 12 months. Qpass mobile operator customers are on average achieving $7.55 per purchasing user in September 2004, which represents a 14 percent increase in the last 12 months. Sixty-two percent of purchasers in the month are repeat premium services buyers. The average value of each premium services transaction using Qpass software was $2.28, an increase of 21 percent in the past year. On a percentage basis, mobile gaming is showing the strongest growth thus far in 2004, increasing more than 350 percent, with an average price point of almost $4.00. Ringtones continue to make the largest contribution to total revenue from downloadables, with dollar volumes increasing by 179 percent so far this year, with an average price point of about $1.75. Premium messaging, icons, enterprise applications, and wallpapers are the other significant contributors to premium services revenue growth. Qpass gives operators control over their mobile commerce business and allows them to offer any type of premium service across any type or generation of network using multiple payment methods. Mobile operators using Qpass software are on track to exceed $200 million in aggregate revenue in 2004, with an average growth rate of more than 70 percent per quarter over the past year.
