PrimeHoldings.com and Briza Technologies Sign Agreement With Tele Celular Sul Participacoes S.A.

Briza Technologies, which is being acquired by PrimeHoldings.com, has signed an agreement with Tele Celular Sul Participacoes S.A. to use Brizas SMS payment solutions to recharge pre-paid mobile telephones in Brazil.Briza Technologies, whose primary business is the designing, manufacturing and marketing of wireless credit card payment solutions and Internet security devices, is being acquired by PrimeHoldings.com Tele Celular Sul Participacoes S.A., a Brazilian digital cellular telephone company, has a market cap of $491.23 million and had gross revenues of $347.52 million in 2003.
