PayAnywhere rolls out mobile point of sale services at retailers across the US

US-based mobile point of sale (POS) services provider PayAnywhere has rolled out its mobile point of sale services at retailers across the US including Wal-Mart, OfficeMax Incorporated, Sam’s Club and The Home Depot.

Specialty retailers, such as Pep Boys in the automotive space and Hastings Entertainment in the multimedia entertainment space and regional retailers such as Fred Meyer and Meijer’s are also providing the PayAnywhere mobile credit card readers in stores as part of the company’s newly launched channel program.

Pay Anywhere is a free app and free credit card reader that enables users to accept credit card payments on their mobile devices. It is currently available for Apple, Android and BlackBerry devices. In recent news, US-based not-for-profit professional trade association the Multi-Level Marketing International Association (MLMIA) has entered an agreement with PayAnywhere to provide its members with the latter’s mobile point of sale offering.
